01 The short version
The results, revenue figures, ROAS multiples, and case studies on this Site reflect past performance for specific clients under specific conditions. They are examples, not promises. They are not a guarantee, prediction, or representation that you or anyone else will achieve the same or similar results. Your results will depend on your business and many factors outside our control.
02 No guarantee of results
TNZ Digital, LLC ("TNZ Digital," "we," "us," or "our") provides marketing services with skill and care, but marketing involves risk and we can't and don't guarantee any particular sales, revenue, traffic, ranking, return on ad spend, or other outcome from the general information, examples, or services described on this Site.
Nothing on this Site should be taken as a promise or guarantee of earnings or results. Any decision to engage us is yours, made on your own assessment of your business.
03 About the figures shown
Where we share numbers (such as return on investment, revenue managed, ad spend, ROAS, traffic lifts, or cost savings), those figures:
- Reflect actual results for particular clients over particular time periods;
- Depend heavily on the client's products, pricing, margins, market, budget, and effort;
- May be rounded, aggregated, or anonymized to protect client confidentiality;
- Are not typical or average and shouldn't be assumed to be what you'll experience.
We believe the figures we publish are accurate as of the date shown, but we make no warranty that they are complete, current, or applicable to your situation.
04 Forward-looking statements
From time to time we may describe what we aim to achieve, or what's possible, using forward-looking language, with words like "expect," "aim," "could," or "projected." These are aspirations and illustrations based on assumptions, not facts or guarantees. Actual outcomes may differ materially, and you shouldn't place undue reliance on any forward-looking statement.
05 Why results vary
Even with great work, marketing outcomes turn on factors that are unique to you and often outside anyone's control, including:
- Your products, pricing, margins, and offer;
- The size and quality of your advertising budget;
- Your market, competition, seasonality, and the broader economy;
- The state of your website, brand, and existing data;
- How quickly you provide assets, approvals, and feedback;
- Changes in third-party platform rules, algorithms, costs, and policies.
Because of this, two businesses running similar campaigns can see very different results.
06 Our written guarantees
We do back many engagements with a results, improvement, or foundation guarantee, but those are specific, written commitments with defined terms, conditions, and remedies set out in your proposal or service agreement. A guarantee only applies if it's written into your Engagement, and only on the terms stated there.
General statements, examples, and figures on this Site are not guarantees and don't create any obligation. If you'd like to know exactly what we'll commit to for your business, talk to us and we'll put it in writing. See also our Terms & Conditions.
07 Testimonials
Testimonials and reviews on this Site reflect the real experiences of individual clients. They are personal and individual, may not reflect the typical experience, and are not a guarantee that you'll achieve the same results or be equally satisfied. Some testimonials may be edited for length or clarity with the client's permission.
08 Not professional advice
The content on this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business decisions. Your use of the Site and reliance on its content is at your own risk.
09 Third-party platforms
Much of our work runs on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, and Microsoft. We don't control those platforms, and their policies, pricing, approval decisions, and algorithm changes can directly affect results, sometimes overnight and through no fault of ours or yours.
